Winter Wonder: Caring for Your Vulva in the Cold

Winter's chill may be beautiful, but it can also bring along some unwanted changes to our intimate health:

  • Stay Moisturized: The cold can lead to dryness. Opt for gentle, unscented moisturizers and soaps made specifically for intimate areas.

  • Wardrobe Choices: Steer clear of tight-fitting pants or leggings that can trap moisture. Breathable underwear, preferably cotton, is your winter ally 🫡

  • Warm Baths: A lukewarm bath can be comforting, but avoid glittery bath bombs and highly fragrant soaps.. A cup of plain Epsom salt  can be a soothing addition. Don’t forget the candles and a good read!
