    To best serve our customers we have updated our refund and exchange policy as follows for orders placed on or after September 1, 2024:

    • 50% credit for the cost of one pod per customer OR

    • Credits and discounts are limited to one use per customer.

    • For sanitary purposes, we cannot accept returns, so we do not issue refunds at this time.

    Note: We are not able to offer refunds on orders if Transit shipping insurance was not purchased and the order was lost in transit. We are also not able to offer refunds on orders where the address entered was invalid.
