Dry January and Your Vulva
While many of us might be partaking in Dry January, reducing alcohol consumption can benefit more than just our liver. Alcohol can lead to dehydration, potentially causing vulva dryness and irritation. Hydrate with water for overall and intimate well-being.

Vulva Vitality Mocktail
Ingredients:
1 cup cranberry juice (unsweetened) – cranberries are known for supporting urinary tract health
1/2 cup pomegranate juice – rich in antioxidants
Juice of 1/2 lemon – a good source of vitamin C
1 chamomile tea bag – known for its calming properties
1 cinnamon stick – for warmth and a hint of spice
1 slice of fresh ginger – adds warmth and is known for its anti-inflammatory properties
Honey or agave nectar (to taste) – for a touch of sweetness
Hot water
Optional: A sprig of fresh mint or a slice of cucumber for garnish
Instructions:
Begin by brewing a strong cup of chamomile tea using hot water. Allow the tea bag to steep for about 5 minutes, then remove.
To the chamomile tea, add cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, and fresh lemon juice.
Drop in the cinnamon stick and slice of fresh ginger.
Heat the mixture on the stove or in the microwave until it's just shy of boiling.
Sweeten with honey or agave nectar to your liking.
Pour into your favorite mug.
Garnish with a slice of cucumber or a sprig of mint if desired.
Curl up with a blanket, sip, and enjoy the warmth and relaxation.
